Effective date: 5 November 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Grid Bloom: Block Puzzle (Android package com.lethang.gridbloom, “the app”) processes personal data. It applies only to the app. Our website has its own Privacy Policy.
1. Controller
ME Toolkit Studio
Friedrichstraße 68
10117 Berlin, Germany
Email: hello@me-toolkit.com
2. Data stored only on your device
The app saves your high score, daily-challenge progress and streak, settings (sound, haptics, language) and whether you bought “Remove ads” in the app’s local storage on your device. This data is never sent to us. We do not run our own servers for the app, do not create user accounts, and do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads through Google AdMob, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. To deliver, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects:
- the advertising ID of your device (Android Advertising ID),
- your IP address and the approximate location derived from it,
- device and app information (device model, operating system, app version, language),
- interactions with ads (views, clicks) and app diagnostics such as crash data.
Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): when you start the app for the first time, a consent message from Google’s User Messaging Platform asks whether you agree to personalised advertising. Personalised ads are shown only if you consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, Google may show non-personalised or limited ads, which still requires processing of technical data such as the IP address to deliver the ad (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is financing a free game). You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy options button on the app’s home screen.
You can also reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your Android settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads). Google acts as an independent controller for this data. More information: How Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
4. In-app purchase (Google Play Billing)
The optional one-time purchase “Remove ads” is processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive your payment details; Google only tells the app whether the purchase is valid (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The Google Privacy Policy applies to the payment.
5. Sharing results
If you tap Share, the app hands a short text with your result to the Android share menu. The app you choose (for example a messenger) then processes it under its own privacy policy. Nothing is shared unless you tap the button.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Google may process data in the United States and other countries. Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and Google also uses the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention
Data on your device stays until you clear the app data or uninstall the app. Data collected by Google is retained according to Google’s retention policies.
8. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and is rated for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Because we do not store personal data about you, requests concerning ad data are best directed to Google; we will gladly help. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
10. Permissions
The app requests Internet and network-state access to load ads and verify purchases. The Google Mobile Ads SDK additionally declares the advertising ID permissions (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID and the Android Ad Services permissions) used for the advertising purposes described above. The app does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, files or precise location.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when the app changes. The current version is always available at this address, with the date at the top.
